Welcome to MyBizFinder! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MyBizFinder's website and services.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use MyBizFinder if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
MyBizFinder provides tools and services for businesses to manage and optimize their online presence. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account with MyBizFinder. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.
When you sign up, you will receive 500 free credits to search for businesses using our platform. Additional credits can be purchased at a rate of $5 per 500 records. These credits are prepaid and non-refundable.
Our cold call service is available as a subscription for $20 per month. This subscription is charged monthly, and you can enroll and cancel at any time. After cancellation, you will still be able to use the service until the end of your current billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. If you cancel before the end of the current billing period, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
Once your subscription is renewed, you are not eligible for a refund. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team at info@mybizfinder.io, and we will review your case.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the services.
MyBizFinder reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any service with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyBizFinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
